Order Processing & Fulfillment

Many Innovate Tech X merchandise products are made to order. Production begins after an order has been successfully placed and payment has been confirmed.

Please allow approximately 2–5 business days for order processing and fulfillment before shipment.

Business days generally exclude Sundays and applicable holidays.

Estimated Delivery Time

After fulfillment, U.S. orders typically require approximately 3–4 business days in transit.

Customers should generally expect their order to arrive within approximately:

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary because of carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, destination, order volume, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Shipping Costs

Order Tracking

When tracking information is available, customers may receive a shipping confirmation or tracking information after their order has been fulfilled and shipped.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
